We at Edibleart have the complete range of eggless baked goodies. The cakes with eggs are more fluffy and airy than eggless cakes. Though there is not much of a difference these days with so many egg substitutes available. There is a difference in taste too. If you’re an egg eater, you might not like the taste of eggless cakes at first. I have relatives who have been eating egg cakes since forever and they don’t like the eggless ones. They keep saying the egg ones are the best. But if you cannot eat eggs for some reason, the eggless ones are equally tasty. I personally don’t find any difference in them (though the last cake I had with egg was years ago) I do eggless baking and all the cakes taste awesome (according to the people who eat them) 😀
